What I did for my health today...

Today I walked a mile (in the freaking cold), did Zumba and signed up for a Biggest Loser competition at my Zumba studio.  Hubby is doing it with me so we will be able to keep each other motivated.  The BL competition goes 3 months and ends before my 40th birthday.  I'm taking that as a sign that I'm destined to win.  Don't you think?  

I've done a great job over the last 7-8 weeks cutting out sweets and soda.  I've had one soda and a very minimal amount of sweets over the holidays.  Now if I'm going to be serious about winning I'm going to have to cut out the alcohol too.  Sigh...I must do what I must do.
