Happy New Year! What I did for myself today...

Today I let myself sleep in and catch up on some much-needed sleep.

I've decided to make 2016 a year of reflecting on what I've done for myself, my health and my family.  I feel that focusing on the good of the day will help me in becoming healthier and happier.

My wonderful hubby bought me a Runner's daily calendar with motivational sayings and a spot to put in my daily mileage.  I have it front and center on my desk as a daily reminder to focus on my health.

Who else is going to make health and happiness a priority?
