Today's calendar page kept me motivated. It was cold and dreary and I didn't want to do my 1.5 miles; I couldn't find anyone to go with me, but I kept looking at this thinking I had to do it. And my sweet friend let me come over and run on her treadmill. Thank you!! Out of 25 minutes, I ran 15!! Yay me! Then I went to an invigorating Zumba class tonight. I have over 12,500 steps today! I never have that much. Yay me!! I hope you all are rocking it too!

I went to the park at lunch and attempted to run 1.5 miles...in actuality I alternated running and walking and with the warmup/cooldown I did 1.72 miles.
Now let's all stop wishing we were healthy and start doing something about it!
